Your journey begins with a one-on-one assessment, focusing on your individual concerns and aspirations. This is followed by a tailored sound healing experience and a post-session review. 

All you need to do is find comfort on a yoga mat (sitting is also an option), close your eyes, and immerse yourself in the sound and vibration. The experience might bring about various physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or a feeling of floating. Many find themselves enveloped in relaxation, some even drifting to sleep.

Sound healing works by creating resonance within your body, fostering harmony and balance. 

It offers a tranquil effect on both mind and body, easing stress and encouraging relaxation. When relaxed, the body’s natural healing and restoration processes are enhanced.

Emerging research suggests that sound waves might penetrate deeply into bodily tissues and cells, potentially fostering healing and cellular regeneration.

While sound healing has ancient roots across various cultures, it is currently experiencing a renaissance in modern scientific research.

Numerous studies, albeit mostly small-scale and privately funded, indicate its potential as an effective therapeutic method. Edgar Cayce, known as the “Sleeping Prophet”, famously foresaw sound as a future medicine, a prediction that is becoming increasingly relevant today.

Sound healing is beneficial in numerous scenarios:

– When seeking complementary therapy for physical ailments. It helps in reducing stress hormones and strengthening the immune system, thus supporting conventional medical treatments.
– For emotional breakthroughs, whether it’s moving past old patterns, reconnecting with oneself, or addressing feelings of disconnection.
– To improve sleep quality.
– As a tool for de-stressing and unwinding.

Participants often reach a theta brainwave state during sessions, associated with creativity and relaxation, helping in energy flow and realignment of body, mind, and spirit.

Comfort is key. Wear loose clothing and consider bringing a shawl or blanket, as lying still may cause you to feel chilly. An eye-pillow and a small cushion can enhance your comfort.

While yoga mats are typically provided, feel free to bring your own. Arriving five minutes early ensures a full experience.

Please inform in advance if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants, are sensitive to sound, or have epilepsy. Post-session, it’s recommended to drink more water and rest.

The standard 60-minute individual session includes:

  • A personal assessment.
  • A 45-minute bespoke sound healing experience.
  • A secure and private space.
  • A post-session review.

90-minute sessions are available for deeper exploration.

We also offer private group and couple sessions on request.
